Market Data section expanded and improved

The mobile-friendly relaunch of WATTAgNet.com includes several improved or new features. These include exclusive market-related content and a revamped Market Data section. Here users can view interactive charts covering global poultry, feed and pig markets. Registration is required to view this data, but it is free and simple. If you a registered user of the old WATTAgNet.com site, you will be asked to reset your password when you first log in.
The entire site is now optimized for easy viewing on computers, tablets and smart phones.

Registration now required for access to select articles

Selected stories will require you to register or subscribe to gain full access. 

We have made a major change to the distribution of our digital editions and access to selected stories from the digital editions on www.WATTAgNet.com. Access to some stories from the digital editions of our magazines, or the complete digital editions, will require registration on www.WATTAgNet.com or subscribing to our magazines. There is no cost to you, and once you have completed the simple registration process, you will have full and instant access to all of our products.



Starting with the January editions:


• Digital editions are now available only to subscribers of the magazine.
• Selected articles from each edition of this magazine will only be available to subscribers in the digital edition itself. Only summaries of these stories will appear on www.WATTAgNet.com.

This is a change from putting all WATT animal agribusiness magazine stories on www.WATTAgNet.com. Publishing all stories in both the magazines and on the website gave us wide distribution, but we often didn't know who was reading what type of stories. Adding registration to our key stories gives us a much better understanding of the types of stories our subscribers are consuming.

Many stories from the magazines, all news, products, exclusive bloggers and Web-exclusive stories will still appear on www.WATTAgNet.com, in addition to our exclusive features, such as Market Data and the Top Companies Database.

Our editors are at EuroTier 2012 in Hanover, Germany, the week of November 12, filing up-to-the minute video reports using Tout.
Tout is a social media platform that allows users to shoot 15-second video status updates via smartphones and webcams. Touts are shared in real time and posted on the WATTAgNet Home, Poultry and Feed pages and via our Twitter feed @wattpoultry.
