40th annual Liquid Feed Symposium theme was 'Sustainability in the Face of Ongoing Challenges'

The 40th annual Liquid Feed Symposium was held in San Antonio, Tex. on Sept. 14 through 16, 2010.
According to the American Feed Industry Association, the program, which focused on "Sustainability in the Face of Ongoing Challenges," was a success. Presented topics included world weather patterns for fall and winter, an economic update, regulatory updates and the pros and cons of dry versus liquid feed supplementation. A closing presentation gave a forecast of the cattle and ingredient markets.
