Aviagen’s Russian customer support team recently held a series of veterinary and nutritional seminars for its customers in Siberia, the Ural Mountains, St. Petersburg, Belgorod and Pytagorsk.
Over two weeks, five seminars attended by over 100 delegates in total were held. Barrie Fleming, Aviagen’s veterinary consultant for the region, discussed cleaning and disinfection, the importance of biosecurity and vaccination programmes. Nutrition Service Manager Leonardo Linares gave presentations on breeder nutrition, the balance between proteins and amino acids and feed form. Aviagen’s Russian technical and commercial team was on hand for delegates to discuss any specific questions.
