According to Russian veterinary authorities, the region's wild boar population is infected with African swine fever in Golovino (Uglich, Yaroslavskaya). Approximately 90 wild boars have been diagnosed with the disease, according to the OIE.

Approximately 26 pigs have tested positive for African swine fever, according to the OIE.
