Tyson Foods is recalling approximately 75,320 pounds of frozen, fully cooked chicken nugget products produced at Tyson Foods' plant in Sedalia, Mo. The Tyson Foods recall was made after some consumers reported finding pieces of plastic in the chicken nuggets.

The company has received reports of minor oral injury associated with consumption of these products.
