Nucleus, a French pig breeder, successfully exported 864 pigs to Yurun, one of the largest food companies in China. The animals arrived safely on April 25 in Tianjin, China. High genetic potential and the saniation standards of Nucleus animals were the deciding factor for Yurun in the creation of its great-grandparent stock.
"With more than 2,800 great-grandparent animals exported to China within six months, Nucleus shows its high development on chinese market," said Jacques Gourmelon, managing director of Nucleus.
