Donstar, a subsidiary of Russia's largest turkey producer Eurodon, will present the first commercially produced high quality duck meat to be marketed in Russia at the TASTE restaurant festival at the end of November.
Donstar says that the product is unique in the Russian market and will be marketed under the brand name Utolina. Donstar, following significant investment from its parent company, is a vertically integrated duck producer with activities ranging from feed production and incubation through to further processing.
