Lallemand Animal Nutrition has announced that Bussan Biotech Co. Ltd, one of Japan’s leading distributors of functional feed additives, has changed its name to Lallemand-Biotech Co. Ltd, effective August 1, 2015.
Tim Pollock, director of operations and strategic development for Lallemand Animal Nutrition said, “The change of name of Bussan-Biotech to Lallemand-Biotech better reflects the new ownership structure of the business following the acquisition by Lallemand Animal Nutrition on March 27, 2015 of 75 percent of Bussan-Biotech’s share capital.”
